We're excited to bring all of you talented artists to New York's Capital District for the 2025 annual Dead Man's Hand Tattoo Expo! Let's showcase all of you, some of our industry's best, and expose this area to some jaw-dropping art. We're looking forward to building an event brought to you by artists, that caters to artists and offers a fun-filled weekend.

if you currently hold a permit in Albany County there is no charge, application still required
